TREATMENT FEES

Organization For Recovery, Inc. is a State and Federally funded non-profit treatment facility. Due to this funding, we are fortunate enough to be able to provide treatment services to our patients at fees that are well below our actual cost. 

Methadone Treatment Fees.
Drug Free Treatment Fees.

Methadone Fees:  $80 intake, $60 weekly.
Medicaid and NJ Work First Substance Abuse Initiative Accepted.

To Start Methadone Treatment:

The initial admission fee is $80.00 and should be paid in cash, credit card or money order. This fee includes the intake interview, admission physical, mantoux test and initial urinalysis drug screen as well as all medication and counseling for the first week of treatment. If the physician determines that special circumstances require additional laboratory tests to further assess the health of the patient, these items may be billed separately.

In certain cases, the initial admission fee may be waived. New patients should bring in proof of family/household income such as payroll records/stubs, W-2s, income tax returns, unemployment records/stubs, or welfare records/stubs. This information shall also be used to determine whether or not a patient is eligible for a reduced weekly fee.

Organization For Recovery, Inc. will accept a valid current Medicaid card or verification of active enrollment in the Medicaid program in lieu of an initial admission fee. Organization For Recovery, Inc. does not currently accept other third party payer insurance as a form of payment. OFR accepts most major credit cards.

To Continue Methadone Treatment:

Our regular comprehensive weekly fee of $60.00 currently includes individual and group counseling, doctor's visits, medication, and urinalysis drug screens. HIV testing/counseling and Hepatitis testing/counseling is available at no extra cost. Weekly charges are applied to a patient's account every Monday and payment is due by the following Saturday. Failure to keep payments current may result in the administrative detoxification of the patient. 

Organization For Recovery, Inc. will accept a valid current Medicaid card or verification of active enrollment in the Medicaid program in lieu of a weekly fee for services. Patients who utilize Medicaid insurance must present their new monthly medicaid card or verification of active enrollment no later than the third of each month; failure to present the necessary medicaid insurance information results in said patient being billed for the services received in a manner similar to a non-medicaid patient.

$45 Intake/Evaluation.
$45 per individual session.
$25 per Group session.
$25 Drug Screen.
NJ Work First Substance Abuse Initiative & Union County Drug Court Accepted.
